Key Responsibilities

• Perform raw material, packaging material, and finished product testing.
• Conduct microbiological, chemical, water, air, and swab analyses.
• Perform pH calibration, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluation.
• Prepare and manage samples for internal, supplier, and external laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
• Support material approval/rejection based on test results.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, HACCP, safety, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant foodstuff laboratory experience preferred.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of quality and food safety standards is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
