Admin & Compliance (HACCP) Supervisor

DO NOT APPLY IF:

  • You do not have HACCP or food safety compliance experience.
  • You do not have previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • You do not have strong administrative and documentation skills.

Role Overview

Responsible for overseeing HACCP compliance, administrative operations, and documentation control while leading a small administrative team. Logistics experience is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain HACCP, food safety, and compliance records.
  • Support audits and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of administrators.
  • Manage operational reports, records, and administrative processes.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending actions, and resolve issues.
  • Identify process improvements and report operational risks to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • HACCP or food safety compliance experience.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong administration, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Logistics or supply chain experience is plus.

Preferred

  • Experience in F&B, food manufacturing, or trading
  • ERP or inventory management system experience.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
