Legal Assistant | Construction Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Legal assistant to join our construction team, based in Dubai, with a focus on dispute resolution and arbitration.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team on construction-related disputes, including arbitration proceedings
  • Draft legal memos, statements of claim, and statements of defence
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
  • Liaise with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as required

Requirements

  • LLB from a renowned university
  • Qualified/trained in a common law jurisdiction (mandatory)
  • Junior/entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Some prior exposure to arbitration is a plus
  • Experience drafting memos, statements of claim, and statements of defence is a plus
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team on complex, multi-party disputes.
