JOB TITLE
Human Capital Administrative Assistant | MAF Global Solutions | HC

ROLE SUMMARY
Human Capital Admin Assistant is to provide essential administrative support to the Vice Presedent Human Capital, manage calendars, travel bookings and expenses, and assist in organizing engagement activities, responding to general queries and contributing to the smooth operation and effectiveness of Human Capital initiatives within the organization.

ROLE PROFILE
  • The Human Capital Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in handling administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and general office duties.
  • Helping maintain organized systems and processes within the Human Capital department.
  • Serving as a central point of contact, the HC Admin Assistant interacts with employees, managers, and external stakeholders to address basic queries, schedule meetings, and facilitate communication between the Human Capital department and other department
  • The role involves assisting in engagement activities aimed at fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee satisfaction and retention. This may include organizing events, recognizing employee achievements, and supporting initiatives that e

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
  • Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources or any Human Resources certification
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Proactive Attitude
