Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Brandgate. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including phone communication, executive assistance, and clerical duties.


  • Experience in administrative assistance and executive administrative support
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in clerical skills such as filing, data entry, and organization
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
