Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor stock levels and track inventory movements to identify discrepancies, stock shortages, or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of inventory items.
  • Conduct regular inspections of inventory storage areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize loss or damage.
  • Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams to replenish stock levels and maintain adequate inventory levels based on demand forecasts.
  • Generate reports and analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies, variances, or discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding inventory status, availability, and related matters.
  • Support inventory-related projects, initiatives, or system implementations as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or related field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze inventory data accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
