Retail Sales Associate at Two Guys Home Furnishings LLC

Position Overview:

· We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at TWO GUYS HOME FURNISHINGS LLC.

· The ideal candidate will have a passion for home furnishings and decor, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

· Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, etc.) is a plus.

· Assist customers in selecting home furnishing products like curtains, blinds, wallpapers, flooring, furniture’s etc., that meet their needs and preferences.

· Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to enhance their shopping experience.

· Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.

· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

· Stay up to date on product knowledge, including new arrivals and promotions, to efficiently assist customers.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate as needed.

· Assist with other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the store.

Customer Service Focus:

· Prioritize customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and addressing them promptly.

· Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with difficult or irate customers.

· Follow up with customers to ensure their needs were met and resolve any outstanding issues.

· Strive to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

· Previous SALES experience preferred, especially in home furnishings or related industries.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office is required.
