WE’RE HIRING: HAIRSTYLIST (FULL-TIME)

Location: Pure Poise Women’s Salon – JVC, Dubai

Pure Poise is hiring a skilled and efficient Hairstylist who specializes in color, blow-drying, and hair extensions. This is a full-time, performance-based role inside a premium salon with a reputation for precision, multicultural expertise, and client-centered results.

We are partnered with Schwarzkopf Professional and specialize in high-quality color services, express styling, and advanced hair extension methods. Position Details:

• 5-day work week (fixed schedule; no flexibility)
• 2 days off
• Full-time only — this is not a freelance or part-time role

Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: AED 3,500/month
• Commission: Scales with service revenue — up to AED 10,000+ total monthly earning potential
• Example:
• 23,000 AED in monthly services = AED 6,000 pay
• 35,000 AED in monthly services = AED 9,200 pay
• Bonuses:
• AED 200 weekly performance bonus for generating 5,000+ AED/week
• 10% commission on product sales
• Client referral bonuses up to AED 350/month
• Health Insurance: Provided 30 days after Emirates ID & Work Visa are complete
• Education Incentive: AED 1,800/month available for top performers to use toward certified courses

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience as a hairstylist
• Must be proficient in:
• Hair coloring (including highlights & corrections) using Schwarzkopf
• Express blow-dry styling (curls, waves, volume, silk press)
• Hair extensions (must know at least 2 methods: Tape-ins, Sew-ins, K-Tip, etc.)
• Ability to provide polished, professional service on all hair types—from straight to Afro-textured hair
• Strong understanding of timing, hygiene, and hair health
• Willing to actively build and retain a client base

Training Period:

• Must meet salon standards within 30 days of hire
• Failure to meet required skill level will result in termination under UAE Labour Law (Article 44-4)
