Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Director – Project Controls to lead our Planning, Cost Control, Productivity, and Contracts functions. This role ensures project performance excellence, cost efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning: Oversee project schedules, tender programmes, progress tracking, and productivity reporting. Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Cost Control: Manage budgets, monitor cost performance, and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Planning teams. Ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Contracts: Administer contracts, manage change orders, and handle claims/disputes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leadership: Mentor teams, provide cross-departmental coordination, conduct training, and support system improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 20–25 years of experience in project controls with a reputable firm.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED60,000.00 - AED85,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
