Job Overview
AKMC is seeking a highly motivated Business Setup professional to manage the complete process of establishing companies across UAE mainland, free zones and offshore jurisdictions. This role is ideal for driven professionals who excel in client interaction, government liaison, sales conversion and end-to-end handling of business setup operations.
You will be responsible for consulting clients, coordinating with government authorities and free zones, managing documentation, processing applications, generating new leads and providing daily progress reports to management. Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and self-sourced leads into successful business setup clients
- Advise clients on suitable company structures, licensing options, costs and compliance requirements
- Manage the entire business setup cycle, including documentation, form filling, submissions, approvals and issuance of licenses & visas
- Coordinate with government bodies, free zones and outsourced PROs for completion of all types of documentation, approvals, , attestations and related tasks
- Prepare, review and submit all client documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Conduct KYC checks and maintain adherence to UAE AML requirements
- Update and maintain the AKMC CRM system with leads, client status and follow-ups
- Provide daily reports to AKMC management on leads, applications and client progress
- Perform market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
- Attend networking events to promote AKMC’s services and build a pipeline of new prospects
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service delivery
- Collaborate and coordinate with internally to ensure smooth and timely execution of all client tasks
Key Skills
- Strong sales and closing abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of UAE business setup regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- IT proficiency and comfort with CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of UAE business setup experience is mandatory
- Good Understanding of workflows & regulations of DED, Notary, Immigration, Labour, MOHRE and various UAE free zones
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- Banking experience related to business setup is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, Urdu, Hindi, or German is an added advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
