Wallmark Property Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting our internal systems, with a strong focus on Odoo ERP customization and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and internal systems.
• Customize, develop, and support the Odoo ERP system based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party applications using APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, system, database, and integration issues.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to improve business operations.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements and new features.
• Maintain databases, data security, backup procedures, and system documentation.
• Perform testing before deploying system updates and new functionalities.
• Collaborate with different departments to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and user guidance when required.
• Participate in digital transformation, process automation, and IT improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure software development best practices are followed.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and Odoo ERP customization.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, APIs, and Odoo Framework.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and Git is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with different departments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
