Insurance Coordinator (Fertility Centre)

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience handling Daman insurance claims is essential, including pre-authorizations, claim submissions, resubmissions, rejections, reconciliations, and appeals.
  • Strong knowledge of DHA, DOH, and Daman regulations, medical coding, and insurance policies relevant to outpatient and fertility services.
  • Familiar with insurance portals and healthcare billing systems.
  • Ability to coordinate with physicians, finance, and patients regarding insurance eligibility and coverage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Candidates with previous experience in an IVF/Fertility Centre are highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of fertility treatment coverage, authorizations, and documentation requirements is a strong advantage.
