Football Coach – Job Description (Academy Level)

Job Title: Football Coach
Location: UAE (PSA facility)
Reports To: Academy Manager

PSA is a leading youth sports academy dedicated to developing young athletes’ skills, confidence, and passion for football. Our programs focus on technical skill development, teamwork, and creating a safe, fun, and professional training environment.

Position Summary:
The Football Coach is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to academy players, helping them improve technical skills, game understanding, and physical fitness. The role involves hands-on coaching, mentoring, and monitoring player progress while maintaining a safe and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate football training sessions for academy players.
• Focus on skill development, tactics, fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Assess and monitor player progress, providing feedback to players and parents.
• Ensure safety, proper use of equipment, and adherence to academy policies.
• Assist with organizing matches, tournaments, and other academy events.
• Collaborate with other coaches to maintain a consistent training methodology.
• Promote a positive and motivating learning environment.

Qualifications & Licensing:

• Minimum: AFC C License (or equivalent recognized by UAEFA).
• Previous experience in youth football coaching preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car for commuting between venues.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Key Competencies:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
