Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Factory Coordinator with experience in the food industry to manage daily coordination between departments, ensure smooth production flow, and maintain accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate daily with teams for supplier-wise manpower verification
• Conduct department-wise manpower checks (twice/thrice daily as required)
• Liaise with the Maintenance Team to minimize breakdowns, track tasks, and arrange urgent material requirements
• Monitor daily production against weekly production plans
• Coordinate with packing material suppliers for deliveries, new orders, and pending items (bags, cartons, etc.)
• Work closely with Packing Material Store and Dry Store Teams to avoid shortages
• Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure smooth dispatch and avoid delivery issues
• Follow up with Purchase Team for order status and pending requests
• Coordinate with Accounts Team for supplier payments and invoice submissions
• Provide daily updates to Factory Manager
• Conduct regular shop floor visits to monitor operations and resolve issues

2. Reports & Documentation

• Prepare and manage Material Transfer Invoices
• Create and maintain Purchase Request Forms
• Generate Chilled Invoices in Tally
• Maintain Chilled Reports in Excel
• Prepare and update:
• Blast Freezer Report
• Plate Freezer Report
• Daily Production Report

3. Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain and update diesel consumption records (Cafu / Al Nojoom)
• Manage Dewatering Wastewater records and month-end reporting
• Submit invoices to Accounts and maintain proper documentation
• File and organize internal invoices daily

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration / Logistics / Food Technology or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in food manufacturing / FMCG industry
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills
• Experience in Tally and MS Excel (reports, tracking, data management)
• Good understanding of factory operations, production flow, and inventory coordination
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)
• Experience handling production and freezer reports
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
