Dental Nurse / Registered Nurse – Dental Experience

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

AVA Clinic is seeking an experienced and professional Dental Nurse or Registered Nurse with strong dental experience to join our clinical team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience assisting dentists with cosmetic and general dental procedures and should be confident working in a busy, high-standard dental environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during cosmetic and general dental procedures.
  • Provide chairside assistance for veneer and smile makeover cases.
  • Assist with restorative treatments, crowns, bridges, fillings, root canal treatments and other general dental procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and dental materials before procedures.
  • Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.
  • Assist with digital impressions, intraoral scanning, photography and other clinical documentation when required.
  • Support dentists during consultations and treatment planning appointments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
  • Provide patients with pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
  • Ensure treatment rooms remain organized, clean and fully prepared throughout the working day.
  • Coordinate efficiently with dentists, reception staff and other members of the clinical team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Dental Nurse or Registered Nurse in a dental clinic.
  • Strong chairside assisting experience.
  • Experience assisting with veneers, cosmetic dentistry and comprehensive dental treatments is highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of dental instruments, materials, sterilization and infection-control procedures.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
  • Organized, reliable and able to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment.
  • Good spoken English.
  • Tagalog language proficiency is an advantage.
  • DHA eligibility, DHA license or relevant nursing/dental assisting qualification is preferred where applicable.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience in premium cosmetic dentistry, veneers, smile makeovers and high-volume dental practices will be particularly suitable for this position.
