We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling all project and company documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update document control systems.
• Receive, register, distribute, and archive project documents.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
• Track document revisions and maintain version control.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients regarding document submissions.
• Prepare transmittals and document logs.
• Ensure compliance with company document control procedures.
• Assist in preparing reports and project records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with document management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in construction or engineering companies is preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
