Facility and management

World security has great facility available to all staffs. Its is a great place to work Management cares about the staffs wellbeing.World security has an organize camp administration team that takes care of staff problems.

Need re-structuring and improvement

i would rate 2/5. Though semi-government firm and work timings are less in emails and papers. Engineers are in the middle with no overtime. office works start by 730 and ends by 330. But technicians work till 6 and overtime starting from 7am which will definitely give some work for engineers as well. or at least some last minute assured call to do something same day itself. Work-life balance also depends on project particular person is working on. Since whole project management is done by single engineer, it is beyond one shoulder can carry. Since org structure is everyone (including technicians and engineers) reporting to one person, role advancement is not visible. some practices followed are not as we see in other corporates which need lot of improvements in management and job culture. i cannot mention those. Salary provided is above the market rate. and you will have the perks of working in semi govt company. This review is not an overall one. but particular to engineering department i worked for.

On Site work

I was hired in world security in 2016 of October. In 4 years in service as security system technician i was very happy and enjoy my work placed together with my colleagues. With regards in management. People are very dedicated to their works especially in Hr department. Only i can say, if you joining to this company you will be in good hand.

security guards shift 12 hours admins shift 08 hours u can learn most of the time from ws and apply for higher standard position etc supervisors admin etc hardest part of the job foe guards is to perform in front of sun but wait thats what u all mentioned in your resumes freely to work in any condition most enjoyable part of job is almostr the salary day when we got the freedom to go out and enjoy

Over all its ok

12 hours standing duty in Dubai watch week event without any break. It's the most typical day at work. I learned to Work hard without any break and day off. Management is ok. Workplace culture is not too good. Three months continue duty without any day off and without cabin out side duty in Marina is the hardest part of the job.

Presently working with world security for five years and months. I had such good experience and it was golden chance for me to improve my career skills. In this six years I have had worked as security, team leader and supervisor, over all I would suggest that the company is great to start career at junior level.
