i started working this company as production supervisor, during my service i got opportunity to learn many standards for manufacturing like ASME for pressure vessel manufacturing and API for storage tank manufacturing and also i got opportunity show my knowledge in welding and welding automation i developed welding fixtures for for different welding process like SAW,TIG

If you are a mechanical engineer you can learn lots of things here. For others its just one more Gulf company.

Purely steel engineering and fabrication company not EPC like they are marketing. But lots of things can be learnt for freshers. Too much work pressure on engineering and managers are doing no work.

Learning new things and okay for beginners for Gulf experience.

Too much work and salary not enough.

No equality

Too much work and lot of favouritism by Management to some employees. No equality of rules as some staff get OT and others dont and those in good favour of Management are always getting different preference.Useful for cross-functional experience.

Extremely Poor Management that in every six months 80% of the staff resigns.
Very Poor Management, 04 Months Salary Delay, They dont give you original contract, They will cut 03 months salary if you resign, Lack of Employees, No Medical, No Work Responsibility,etc, etc.

Worst company ever seen in life

Work
1)No salary on time.
2)Will keep your original certificate as guarantee.
3) Holds 3 to 4 months salary.
4) 1 day leave = 2 days salary deduction.
5) Very bad management behaviour.
6) After resigning also they will keep you sitting ideal at home.

Management don't even have ethics
Cons
Every thing they tell during interview is illusion, They shows their original faces once you join and its even worst when you resign
