Good company but security job is longtime

Actualy you worked in security for 12 hours but infact if you imclude travling time then its goes on 15 to 16 hours per day. So no time for personal life or social life

It was excellent 8 years working with USG

I enjoyed working with USG, but for some personal reason back at home I couldn't continue with the company. I resigned. I am trying to get back into the company. Inshah Allah.

Good colleagues. Excellent management. Good working condtion

Camp is situated in remote area at that time, but now its okay.

Management

Zero management too much fine with a very small reason too much favouritism and discrimination in this company and no any chance for promotion. I worked in this company with a very small reason issued a fine. Very difficult to get off day and specially annual leave.

I am a hardworking , adaptable and flexible women so i am willing to work anywhere.,

Education is doesn't a matter while working in different field.Experiences from different jobs Gives us how to face difficulty at different jobs.Never underestimate an employee by others view.look forward and do the correct .option.Hardest part of the job is to satisfy all.Communication with all make me enjoyable by different location.

the company is great though as rules and procedures you find thay most compnies dont follow as expected

I expected alot when I joined the company but due to the fact that I wanted to join and practise in the line of safety, this made me to divert my minds basing on what I thought or think now that it was the best idea. The company is good nothing I can say about it wrong though as I had said earlier management isn't so organised this is faced by most of the companies

i have a lot of things learned in that company

we have every day routine from acommodation to our work place and i think all my co worker are having a good day each time and day we working in our company

Productive work place

USG was a good company with many nice work locations. It gives opportunities for everyone to get experience by allocation guards in different working environment like banks, hospital, hotels, schools and many more. Generally i had a good journey working with the company because it made me grow professionally.

productive work place,its funny to entertain the guest until the end of the day

fun work place with supportive management.not all the numbers but how you person grow and develop.Decent amount of red tape and politics,but this expected of a big company.The most enjoyable part of the was working alongside my colleagues and learning from them.the office started to get crowded as the company grew and it was more difficult to get to know the new people.There was a lot of variety in what i did each day,ranging from the monotonous task to new rules that were challenging and exciting to implement.

The job and related things are typical

its a stress full job and social life is bound in this line and the chance of par motion chance are so late. The management behavior some time not look like a professional peoples that is so disappointed to us as a employee in this company.

Productive and career enhancement job.

A typical day at work starts with my work plan for the day's schedule. I reach work and take over duty from my workmates after a short briefing of what had happened the previous night and day. I learn that team work is the most important aspect in achieving both team and company objectives and also that keeping a positive attitude to whatever I do make my work easier. About my co-workers, I treat everyone equally and respect them all. The hardest part of my job since I work the hotel I meet people who speak native languages and become hard for to interpret. The most enjoyable part of my job. I meet and interact with people from different background and dignities

it was not bad experience i have been worked in various locations and types such as hotels, apartments, gas plants, oil horizons and construction sites and government projects helpful coworkers from different nationalities i got chance to learn about the costumers and peoples of uae and different emirates
