Very poor executive manager for joinery department

The executive manager for joiner division is unqualified and uneducated and very cowered, he is not supportive and doesn’t know anything about basics of managerial skills, he is controlled by his assistant she is the one giving him instructions and telling him what to do.In short it’s very unprofessional company
