not produvtive at all

its not good at all.. every manager thats tranfer each brach running has new rules. Sadly many were resign as it is no longer good now. Many were acting as big heads.

I had a great experience in union coop

It's. Amazing plateform for a learning a new things union coop they have there own great in market. Everything is good and amazing only the thing is the salary is not good they provide the good accomodations transportation everything is excellent but the salary it's not good for operation sector

The salary does not fit the efforts and the experience of the staff

It's a good company for the new freshers but not good enough for old or pioneer staff since there's repeatedly salary deductions that's all that I can say about it

Work under pressure and hard

From my previous experience , I learned to work under pressure and how to deal with customers in any way . The most difficult thing in this work is working more than 11 hours on one day , and sometimes the work is non-stop the whole week without a day off.

Poor management,a place were u can work for 20yrs without promoted unless if u know someone from the management team. No job security, a place were u can't grow.

Good environment of work job

A well organized organization with good environment job but salary is less as my education and capabilities is more where I cannot get promotion. I work hard but not in notice of my Management. I will never leave this organization but as I mention no promotion as qualified employees. The salary I get every month is not enough as my education. I want to make my future bright and get the salary as my skills and hard work.

Its an awesome organization to work with, with the best team and better security systems to its employees. They have a great system of management and a greater working environment anyone could fit in.

stock taking was typical day met to international people frankly atmosphere customer complaints Team leader teaching way is most enjoyable, team frankness. all govt. holidays I'm enjoying.
