Overall good placement done by company

Happy to work with the Dubai’s most prestigious hospitality Industry Jumeirah Group and learned so many new skills and other thing from work and Implemented on daily basis. Overall good experience.

Pros

Free Lunch and Beverages, People were very supportive with each other

Cons

Very long Working hours like daily 14-15 hrs Duty ( poor Work and Life balance), Unrealistic Targets for work and extremely high work pressure

Overtime with no pay should be the slogan

Really toxic environment, would not recommend unless you absolutely have to, no increments, salaries are really low and no chance to grow.Any mistake if monetary is deducted from you, too many emails shared between departments for every little thing. If you’re late there’s a deducted. No flexibility at all.

It’s about how I’ll be working with the position they will hired me

It’s all about the responsibility about the position and task for what they will hired for. About Receiving the customers in a pleasant way. Attending to each and every customer. Helping the customer in identification of his/her needs.Displaying required products.Making the customer aware of new offers, discounts, schemes etc.Making effective and pleasant communication with the customer. • Arranging for appropriate display of goods.

Although my stay at UHRS is short, they were able to take very good care of their employees, i would really recommend other job seekers to apply at UHRS.

Ultimate HR Solutions is an agency partner by du.

Since it's outsourced, employees from Ultimate HR is not getting the same benefit and has a lower salary compared to du employees. We can also be called in to work on weekends and holiday (can be converted as off set) However, there is no overtime pay.

Hiring is immediate with a regular insurance

Not direct du hiring as it's outsourced, benefits and privileges vary
