I believe transguard can do better than they have always been doing and especially when it comes to matters of wages I'm of the opinion it is the best company in the region but...for workers it's the worst interms of wages/salaries.

Very poor management

Very very poor management i hope they will solve it and we will get more opportunities to work here more n more . I am requesting to the senior manager they should look down to the management because its not good

Fun workplace,Extra curricular activities like sports and talent is aknowledged,whereas gyms,pool tables, tennis tables and so on are provided.

Productive,a place to learn,share professional skills and experience.A very friendly,social and clean environment to work and mingle with different kind of people.An open and friendly administration that listens and care for the staff welfare

It was very nice and proud to be wirk with transguard i have worked 8 years with them it was very nice. But lot of politics especially from indian managrs. They feel jealous if lower positions get promotions

slow-paced and no room for growth

In this company, My colleagues are very friendly but the room for growth is very slim, redundant trainings and very erratic timings. I am looking for a company who has the power to motivate people and and gives everyone opportunity to grow.

Working with transguard is very nice.

Over all its good but on ground and site still they need to improve many things

It's good to work with Transguard personally I recommend Transguard and I have a some suggestions as well for Transguard please make a check and balance on ground level specially accommodations and site where the employees are working..

Good but not for all country

I start tg is good but they can make it better i learned so many thing after i join TG so i like the company but management was so poor they don't give my pending salary which was i work for first 2 month location was good but senior discrimination so much on work my hard time was when I'm vacation in i try to extend my vacation date they refused it without knowing the reason.

Everything about transguard was good besides the the salary

Transguard is the best company in UAE in terms of working hours and provision of services to the staffs.and also payments are on time. Annual leave was also on time according to the submitted date. The environment was fantastic that all I can say.

I don't have a problem a bout that.

Trans guard me I don't have problem will you but your money is not enough . The money there told us before to you is not the we get and the job. Please if I finish my six let me change the position or change a company. I do that because I love it no all about your money is very problem.

it is a labour supply company. transfer workers to 2 and more company s in dubai a good wellfare and safety in transguard . salary given in timing and a benifits is good

Transguard company is nice colleagues also good we are help each other but the salary is less that's why i want to change the company i need more salary

i work in pilots accomodation

basically its about security and its my first entry to duabi i want to explore my talent in this devoloping nation and do my best to make it more.transguard is a good company for new ones its free zone and employess can be freely talks to their mentors.

salary is too low

12 hr working...salary is too low....nobody can care about the employees security....they protect only their money.....transportation is good....some days in night works...in that time employees have no benefits

A place with excellent work-life balance.

While my salary was did not meeting my expectations, I thoroughly enjoyed the work-life balance provided by this company. The staff are also courteous and ready to help always!

good but stressful job

I am working in cash service at Transguard. It is good job but I am tired from mangment and I didn't feel my job is secure. So,I find another job and make my future.

Good Support

Work with people that provide great support and the work place culture is great. The hardest part of the job would be to balance work life and personal life as everyone is constantly working.
