I believe transguard can do better than they have always been doing and especially when it comes to matters of wages I'm of the opinion it is the best company in the region but...for workers it's the worst interms of wages/salaries.

Good nd helpfull men or women . Good TG employee.

Good company also ontime giving salary nd medical treatment is vry good .camp residential is always clean .24 hour cleaning stuff. Room facility also good every week 1 guy check for room any problem he sought out.

The work environment is good

Transguard is one of the best company when is comes to processing of staff documents,But they doesn't n't have good pay systems, their pay is very low to the extent that I can not take care of myself and my family back home.They have to change the system of paying their staff after 40 days of work, which is 1 mouths 10, that is very bad in a good company or in a advanced world UAE Dubai, Transguard is good as a company their facilities, but the administration is bad if is come to the salary issue,Thanks

Productive and good company but very long and hard duty

It is a hardest job because in it we need to do 12 hours standing duty and as well some time we will get off after 12 - 15 days so becaus3 of it i want to change my job

The slary is not enough if you are supporting your family

salary is not enough to survive.. specialy if u are supporting your family.and there managment is zero.. even in staff in accomodation camp is treat u like as animal

Difficult place to work

1) No job secure, minimum 3 persons are fired from a department per month. 2) Company won't provide basic hardware, employee have to carry his/her laptop. Employee have to spend money from his pocket to buy the required hardware for project. 3) There is no fun activities. 4) No career growth. 5) Freelancing is far better than working in this organization.

Not so fair

Transguard will provide you well uniformed and give you also training . They are also accomodating from staff to co workers and Duty hours is fine but should also give the right amount of salary to your workers..

Good but not for all country

I start tg is good but they can make it better i learned so many thing after i join TG so i like the company but management was so poor they don't give my pending salary which was i work for first 2 month location was good but senior discrimination so much on work my hard time was when I'm vacation in i try to extend my vacation date they refused it without knowing the reason.

Much better than more company

Transguard is a very good company specially they give more good opportunity to educated people All of the accommodation is very good and All staff sre very friendly Except Abu Dhabi accommodation because its not good and also staff are very rude.and salary also come on the time to our salary card which is good point.

transguard is a very good company which i woukd like to join again though i had problems and i left but i would like to work with them

good company, I have no bad comment on it ,its a fine company which I can recommend to a friend ,its a company with good line managers ,and the big bosses at cmt are very good and approachable though ,

it is a labour supply company. transfer workers to 2 and more company s in dubai a good wellfare and safety in transguard . salary given in timing and a benifits is good

Its the good company to work with better alternatives. Transguard is a british management company and has many fields to expand your carrier.

Its a Good company with a Friendly environment. Its a good company with good benefits. Lot of peoples working in cooperation. It has regular curriculum activites. Transguard is a best company for career development on prospective fields.

Quiet good

I am working in yas mall under transguard group llc.My duty is 7:00am to 7:00pm.According to our working we are not getting the proper salary but their timing for giving salary is exact.

Transguard company is nice colleagues also good we are help each other but the salary is less that's why i want to change the company i need more salary

quite pressure at work

start my career as a front desk officer then its turn to security officer as per company requirements now working as a site supervisor but salary is not compatible according to my needs and lot of distance from locations

i work in pilots accomodation

basically its about security and its my first entry to duabi i want to explore my talent in this devoloping nation and do my best to make it more.transguard is a good company for new ones its free zone and employess can be freely talks to their mentors.
