Not satisfied with this company as long as you have to survive by your self salry wise its good they paid on time but duty is a bit hard and clients are more hold on you than the Transgaurd

Good experience

I worked for 4 years with Transguard LLC and it was a good experience they pay salary on time staff accomdation is also good other facilities as per uae labour law

Working as team work brings fun creativity of great ideas

This has been the best company since i've been working here because it helps one grow their careers as well depending on the target aims of the career

Good interaction with different nationality people also challenging to provide good response to them.

This job is pretty challenging to provide each nd very responsible response to every help people needed from us and also very good to interract with different nationality people to gain knowledge about their culture and to respect all.

about location and rules and orders

Busy in the whole day with visitors and contractors, learnt to work without having any self respect. At site management is like nothing just to pass time with quite mode, just follow the orders from site client even it does not have a reason or alternative, co-workers are like 50 50 mix some are working hard to fullfill the needs but some are there just to pass their time and get salary and benefits. hardest part of job is not to allow parking without giving any other alternative. enjoyable part of the job are some people who just come and give you some deeds some ideas to get your mind fresh a bit

Good

I learnt to work with different group of people as one and co operation as team.Long hours of work. I performed my daily work normally with fully responsibility without supervision. Co-workers where so co operative with my work too making it good job for me.
