It is also everyones' dream to work with the leading provider of security services in the United Arab Emirates. I have learnt the culture of the new nationalities in the company and their ways of life. The management of the company is fifty fifty, nothing much to say about it. The working culture here is relatively smooth depending on the work you do. The hardest part of it is working long hours with little pay. The enjoyable part of it is that there are recreational programmes that helps to relax our minds.

No bad

It wasn't so stressful I learned to collaborate with people staffs. They used to give us time for break The hardest part was in the evening time. The management was well organized

Hard work but low salary

Too much hard-working but the salary is nothing. Sometime have no off days. Even I can't eat the food on time. And hotel management is very strict in job

Productive and fun working place, healthy and friendly environmental.

Hardest part of the job was to work for long hours and low salary. Good part was my shift mid shift never woke up early. Fair management. Working was very hard for me due long hours working and too much fatigue

Company facilities are good but problem is only salary

Transguard very good company but I need to better job that's why I will search for the new job I have get 1100AED per month 9hours my duty I want a new job And I completely one year

Its a fun working place.

A typical day at work is good and enjoyable since the place its self its very attractive and very beautiful Mall so its very nice to work in. I have learned how to communicate and deal with customers since i met almost hundreds of different clients with different ethics everyday. Management is not very good because of some difficulties we met like working too long hours,,it makes work to be very hard. Payments is also a hardest part of it since they pay us at a late date, ie on every 10th.

I can say its fair enough but they need to improve

Sometimes work can be stressful when you deal with wrong people,i have learnt to be faithful and give my very best,i get along with my superior well and also my co workers,the hardest part is using different detergents that are harmful and they affect me alot,i can say everything i do is enjoyable

Good and supportive company to work with

Good environment to work on with full support from management.l achieved a lot of skills and expanded my career. l had wonderful co-workers who were responsible to their job hence making my work easier,the hardest part of the job is when the staffs are few the work becomes more and should be finished within a given time.the most enjoyable time is when we work together and assist each other where necessary.
