More learnings more fun. Working everyday with different challenges made me stronger as an individual.

What is the best part of working at the company? You will learn more and will have opportunities to be trained in the same school where pilots and flight attendants were being trained, will have so much of benefits especially traveling the world with the best airline. You and your family will have a good future from the company’s benefits, bonuses as well as different personal assistance. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Same as other companies, you will be working with different nationalities with different cultures and will be working under pressure as you are working in the most busiest place (Airport)What is the work environment and culture like at the company? As per my experience, you’ll get to enjoy working with different nationalities as you will learn their cultures, languages and as time goes by you will also learn more about their countries and that will make you feel comfortable. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Just busy and fun to work with different passengers and working with colleagues having different nationalities and culture. Pressure is always there but you gotta make it normal as you will be working under pressure every single day.

For My CV Emirates Airlines was the Game Changer!!

What is the best part of working at the company?Keep innovating & tech friendlyWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company? They are focused on Grooming Standards. Also keep emphasis on time departures. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Since too many nationalities in the group, that compile a blind of Professional attitude that seems all over the Airport as well as the system. What is a typical day like for you at the company? There are various Stations at Airport for a particular Airlines and each area have it's own typicallity. Such as at Check-In (Excess Baggage). at Boarding Gates Enjoy your Flight

i do not recommend the job if you do not have enough patience. No consideration on the rosters, not sure if the rosters were designed for human employees or robots.

Stagnant career

There is minimal growth. You are small fish in a big ocean. If you work hard, they keep making you work harder. Promotion goes to someone else. PerkS are good if you get the platinum membership. You could use a lot of facilities at 5 star hotels in Dubai

Pros

Travel perks

Cons

No growth

Productive and Stressful in terms of Shift Timings

It was an amazing experience to work at the airport in stressful situations, meeting new people from different regions, good and fairly treatments from managers, all managers are friendly and supportive, opening new majority numbers of destinations in a yearly basis, and applying all the policies and regulations on a regular basis. The airport is a critical field when it comes to passenger's requirements in flying to specific destinations whereas all fields of security procedures and skills must be applied accordingly to fulfil all needs to travel happily and safely.

Pros

Travel Benefits

Cons

Shift Hours
