Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Call Center Representative at Teleperformance
Good place to work independently. Management and others offer little support growth or knowledge
Call Center Representative (Former Employee) - Everywhere world - April 26, 2022
It is a good place to work. You must have personal pride in your own achievements as your often only coached on your errors or deficiencies. You've got to accept policies that are driven towards the sole benefits of managers and upper corporate and should you achieve your goals you will not get compensated with acknowledgement. Dont think outside the box or try anything other than your prescribed job functions. If your able to accept that management has little to no compassion for you and that your leadership team won't make eye contact with you or acknowledge your existence at all and know your role accept some unfair unfounded incorrect doscinplary regarding minor to made up infractions. It's a good place to work. Get your satisfaction from helping your customers you eont find it from the company itself.

Pretty okay but a lot could be improved though it varies from client to client
Call Center Agent (Former Employee) - Fort Bonifacio - February 18, 2022
The pay was fair I suppose, though the raises and bonuses were minimal with my client. Steady pay that was always on time and application was very easy. There were a lot of great amenities available to the employees like the gym, ping pong table, and board games to help us relax during our downtime as well as sleeping quarters. Management was so full of red tape though, goodness, I didn't feel heard at times and neither did the other innovators on our floor. We eventually left for better opportunities but it was a pretty good job while it lasted.
Pros
Stability
Cons
The culture could get very toxic

Stressful but fun
Call Center Agent (Former Employee) - Sucat - October 29, 2021
Its stressful in sales department because of the competitive environment and they have a poor time management that's why sometimes your gonna starve if you don't tell your TL that your hungry. But its fun because your team mate will be your friends.
Pros
High salary
Cons
Stressful
