Kind of this company should to be better more than this

Insurance is very bad, no listening to upgrade or help with better service Understanding different cultures is too difficult Stress is all the time No more benefits Don't care about agent problems Always are requested more and more hard work

Not recommended for clever people

Toxic environment to be in, poor un-neutral management all from egypt , not actuplay hoving appropriate compensation, will discount money from you for the wrong reasons as they have been downsizing there business in Dubai

Good start compnay

This company is very good to start your career with in Dubai but after a year would suggest change it as there is job security but there is no good increase in salary

Hard working place, Salary isn't bad but management never cares about employees.

Call center typical environment, colleagues are very nice, But HR and management are old school and arrogant, Salary and health insurance could be better.
