A really stressful company

I work for them 6 months, they didn't give me my salary, and they oblige me to sign a resignation form, they told me that I don't work anymore with them, and until now they didn't give me my salary, I don't adive to work with this company you will not have day off for aid, you work 9 hours even in ramadan, and if you have technical problems good luck, anyway don't work for them

i have worked with tp for two years and they was the best of my carrier i am dreaming since to work again with them TP gaved me a huge chance to start a carrier they belived in me the training and the good management made one of the best employees i than you for all your hard work and dediation thanks a lot

Worst company ever
Terrible management, favoritism, toxic culture, everything is terrible at this company, worst HR, when I left for a better offer, they told me I’ll get back to TP no matter what I do I’ll come back and I should be grateful for them for hiring me in the first place! Guess what, I never returned back and I grew a lot in my career.

Stressful and abusive environment

They never pay salary in full, they always find loopholes to deduct fr the salary Its impossible to take a sick leave without having your salary deducted for being sick regardless of how severe it is Supervisors and IT are never available when you need them, technical issues could go for hours unnoticed , and when noticed the time lost will be deducted from our salaries, we are responsible for their absence

Unprofessional Management

Unprofessional management staff a lot of favoritism and they are not aware about any process they just got hired because close to someone inside the company. Leaving the experienced staff working at small positions and hiring unprofessional staff for high positions.

Best call center in terms of salary and hours

Teleperformance Dubai offered us a steady paycheck in uncertain times, you get paid fairly for your work and always on time, no one got promoted in the company in the past 2 and half years

Used to be a good company

Unfortunately the company has changed from being an amazing work place to a horrible experience. The management is bad and the company is not stable. Random decisions are made at random times without any clear communications from the higher management.

Most of them
Ambiance is amazing and people are nice as well the management is so helpful honestly.
But salaires are not fair, they lie a lot about what's going on.
They don't give double paid day in national days or religion events.

The absolute worst

A terrible company to work for, sucks your life and energy, and gives you nothing in return.
Their so called - training - teaches you nothing, and trainers are often providing outdated information.
They penalize people for taking a sick leave by deducting from their variable salary (bonuses).
The work environment is extremely unhealthy, everyone just wants to get out, the overall quality of the place declined rapidly in the previous year.
Salaries were reduced without warning, people were being fired by the dozens, and every couple of months there's is about 10 - 15 resignations being submitted.
Overall negative vibes all around, terrible management, workload is continously increasing, and salaries are continuously decreasing.
Not much learning or experience to get here.
Avoid as much as possible.
