Increase the salary or the bonuses comparing to the competitors.
I would actually reduce the working hours , give free meals ,coffee to the working staff , raise the salaries more as it's a very stressful work
Align the salary with its neighboring contact centers and I will priority focusing in putting a strategic plan to lessen company attrition or turn over.
I will like to have a proposal that there should be a company bus route 24hrs from north to south so that for those agent residing in a very remote places for jeepneys will be safe heading to work.
