In choithrams a day start with staff meeting,breaf about what to do special today and what not done last day,update standard operating procedure, checking grooming as per company policy,target sheet given by all the staff.arranging sections, fill missing items as per FIFO,ensue all the display product have price label. pic up online deivery from choithrams online, talabat,nownow,instashop and proceed billing and delivery arrangementplace order, ensure key value items are necessery stock, stock check in both W/H and instore using SAP.overall there is right place to learn all activities happening in a retail marcket with international standard.anybody can share there problems direct to hr department and all stfs are like one home members.celebrating all the cultural day and stafs birthdays(monthly) to become happy in all staffs that there came from different country,religions and othersover all its good workplace for thsose who arelooking for there career.

Long hours of work but the work environment is okay very good place for freshers to acquire new skills and experience pay is less compared to other companies but it's always on time

Stress ful job not have respect from any ways no values Employee in market ,some arrogant head staffs
I will not recomment any one to work there no value for market employees and there education background and the final benefits will grab from u with many reasons.
