Over all is fine..

Some Departments they dont know how to handle colleagues with a heart.But over all,this hotel makes me realized how blessed i am to be part of them and theres a big impact of that.

Good brand managing wrong people

World class brand with a great good will. But the owners and management spoiled it. When running good owners take all money as profit nothing pay back to employees other than their salary. When comes in a bad market condition, they will remove all junior staffs to save big ones

Adptable, engaging environment

A great team, able to adjust to changing environments. A positive mindset to help others adjust to the company culture was how i was able to carry out the job. Trained the HR team on Recruitment systems and assesments and generallly always had fun engaging environments which made the colleagues find HR a place where they were free to share their opinions. Challenges were dealing with the people resistant to change.

job security is very low and some management solve issues on bases of racism and family

Relationship between staff and management should upgrade and workload balanced not only majoring in maximizing profit as staff dont have tym to have food as required
