The most useful review selected by IndeedManagement needs to calm down and start respecting its employees. The employees are harassed by the upper management with lots of pressure. Some employees are handling a single operation and hence they are the ones on whom the whole department is dependent. These employees can't go for a decent break or vacation because of the pressure and no one to relieve them. They need to hire new people for making it easy for others.

Really Toxic Environment
Sales Executive (Former Employee) - Sharjah - April 19, 2021
Not a good place to work at. Everybody severely mistreated by the management. No benefits and wil always be under stress. The work environment is also very toxic (no teamwork and the colleagues are always fighting with each other). No body is happy.
