Very bad company

Very bad management who mistreat you all the time. The facility is old and the kitchen is in the bathroom (which is a mixed bathroom also). If you end up working there, always expect the worst so you save yourself from the headache and scam

It's a dynamic environment, Responsibility given without any empowerment or authority, Organizational stability is not there, turnover rates high Suffering from cross cultural issues & Partiality among cultures, A lot of people are overloaded with wrong delegations, priority management is not there,Good thing about it you can learn a lot about industry, you can get to work on different and multiple aspects of the job which gives you a wider perspective of the nature of the business, There are still some good people in the organization who try to make difference.

Really Toxic Environment

Not a good place to work at. Everybody severely mistreated by the management. No benefits and wil always be under stress. The work environment is also very toxic (no teamwork and the colleagues are always fighting with each other). No body is happy.

Lots of learning opportunities but stressful environment

Management needs to calm down and start respecting its employees. The employees are harassed by the upper management with lots of pressure. Some employees are handling a single operation and hence they are the ones on whom the whole department is dependent. These employees can't go for a decent break or vacation because of the pressure and no one to relieve them. They need to hire new people for making it easy for others.
