Estrés y trabajo bajo presión

En este trabajo, no prestarás tus servicios a SDC, sino iras a otra empresa a laborar. Mucho trabajo sobre presión, disponibilidad de rolar turnos.

Rewarding Career

Co-workers are lots of fun and there is a very positive, up-beat atmosphere. The work is meaningful, and that is important when building a career. Good benefits, vacation days, company parties. Work/life balance is really good. Several employees work from home full- or part-time. Even working in the office, hours are flexible if you want to work 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm or something else that fits your schedule better. There is also a good bonus program and opportunities for growth like attending conferences. There is a real 'team' mentality where everyone works together to meet a deadline or accomplish a goal. You are not expected to do everything on your own - people help out all the time. Management supports this; rather than fostering competition, it's all about collaboration and working together.

Great collaborative team always ready to support

SDC has a great culture built on it's values and exemplified in the day to day interactions between peers. The culture club works hard to ensure employees feel a part of the work community in more fun ways. There is room for advancement and hard work is rewarded and noticed! Working hard, taking initiative and helping others goes far in this company. Best CRO I've worked for. Management is available to help support as needed. It is a growing company but the growth model has been designed to be sustainable. Although remote, I am very happy and feel supported, as well as part of the culture.

Growing organization

This company moves at a manic pace and is still developing and refining a lot of its processes. Needs to implement more controls to better guide employees in being successful in their jobs. Work/life balance is poor.

A Good place to start your career

People around are really supportive and do not leave a stone unturned in helping you learn new things and advance in your career. Great health benefits are included.

Unique place to work, management a work in progress

SDC is generally a good place to work. There is a genuinely unique positive fun culture there. Management is still smoothing out hiccups, but worth the hassle for the experience.

Free drinks and snacks, flexible work hours, possibility to work at home certain days, ice cream socials, fun company events

Cons

A few bad mid level managers upper management won't get rid of
