Company has good relationship with his employees but management not good. They are not provide salary regular, also not provide medical assistant. Leave salary. Averall they are not provide all this regularly sometime they provide sometimes not.

nice place to work

 documents and preparing detailed cost estimation of the project by rate analysis method. Attending the site visit and get awareness about the site conditions and available resources etc. Preparing the list of Pre tender clarification queries to be sent to the client. Incorporating any drawings or documents coming with tender addendum.  List out the items to be sent for enquiries and collecting quotation from subcontractors or suppliers and evaluate them as per the tender documents. Preparing rate analysis sheet for all the major items. Preparing the Technical submission that includes Method statement, HSE Plan, Proposed list of Subcontractors etc. as per the Instruction to tender. Prepare and submitting any Post tender clarification come from client. Prepare and Submitting Revised price BOQ if client demand.

Bidding, Oil and Gas

Salary is delayed. the company financial situation is not good. the experience in oil and gas is great (on shore project). The bidding process experience is fantastic (i win a project)

horrible company to work

there is no job security, management like facewise people, no good planning for project and assets, salary delayed by 4 months, a lot of people put case against in labor court for non payment of salary. site office very hardly employee get, labor force always changes

Abudhabi

As a surveyor I can do Layout, Topographic Survey, Cross Section, Checking of monuments and leveling.Training of all latest SOKKIA, Leica, Nikon, Trimble Total Station and GPS Knowledge about Global Positioning System.Auto cad, Microsoft Excel. Good dealing with the workers. hard work this job.Yes i enjoyed this job.
