Good culture but management issues

real start up culture with lots of teething issues. They ingrained a good company culture and really treated employees like family, however the overall running of the company was slightly jumbled.

I can work for minimum 12 hours . i can manage every term and condition , co workers should be hard workers, during prayer time they should give atleast 10 mints break , i think the enjoyable part should be a weakend not at all .
