We can make competitions every week, we can make fun day that we can wear casual and have lunch with CEO , between time to time we can change the decor, celebrating birthdays, of course there is no limit for the ideas but it was example.

A typical korean company

• Setup policies and workflow for Technical support operation in Samsung Subsidiaries, Branch offices and regional head quarters (MENA). • Ensure on-time technical solutions for the Samsung distributors/ ASCs in the MENA region. • Managing field product quality issues. • Planning & organizing technical trainings (invitation/on-line/on-site) and technical support activities for distributors in MENA region. • Conduct Technical/Operations Audit in Service Centers, Subsidiaries & branches and setting up improvement measures. • Product groups handled (AV, IT, HA & Mobile Phones) • Performing field tests prior to the product launch based on requests from factory/Global Business Module. • Rigorous monitoring of technical KPI’s (Repeats/LTR) and taking appropriate measures to improve the overall customer satisfaction. • Performing Training Needs Analysis (TNI) & customizing trainings as per the needs identified. • Improving training quality based on post training assessment, feedback surveys etc. • Managing Samsung Contact Center operation – MENA Branches.
