Stressful job and NO room for growth

Being a multinational company, it is fair to expect a nice working culture in Roche Bobois. However, it is hardly bearable. Long working hours. The manager micro-manages every single thing. You do not even have the liberty of dealing with clients without getting interrupted. Commission is almost NEVER on time. The commission scheme is changed without even being discussed/informed.
