a typical day at work will depend on which shift one is doing..each shift has its own modus operandi..otherwise work is fun..colleagues are brilliant..management is going thru change, the old one was bad, hopefully the new people will bring back the glory days..there is nothing that was hard..learning was good in the beginning and afterwards it became stagnant..
excellent people, feeling of family
bad employee support..eg:accommodation, benefits etc

Radisson is a wonderful and fun place to work, mostly because people here work as a team towards a common goal and always serve with a smile.
Being at a call center, I have to talk to at least one person in every department as well as our guests. People are very polite over the phone, which makes serving them all the more pleasurable.I have learned that having a good management team in a company is very important. When employees feel cared for, they will definitely deliver their services with a smile. My colleagues are wonderful people to be around and something else that I think is very important is having a healthy working relationship with them. They have become almost like a second family. The hardest part of the job would be when we have a lot of guests or the hotel is full house. It gets very busy and every guests has to be attended to in the shortest possible time. The most enjoyable part of the job is the kind of relation I have with my colleagues. Its always fun to work around people who are enthusiastic. Also, we have these team building activities where we go out as a department and take part in activities that will help us bond.

Im working as hostess ,waitress and cashier as well,i learned a lot of things in Radisson Blu Resorts Fujairah one is to give the 100% guest satisfaction and how to make it right process if dealing with a guest complaint.About the management we have in hotels as being host employees are professional, responsible, focused on qualitative service, making sure that our guest is satisfied upon staying with us and give memorable experiences in hotel.I can say hardest and enjoyable part of the job is breakfast especially if weekend because all the guest will take their breakfast so i as a hostess i encountered the all guest and giving the service which is came into your heart. And i enjoyed most if our managers will tell me that guest is happy in our service and if the guest is giving their good feedback with my name.I
