full busy day work n to work under pressure , with good management ,end of the month when announce the awards.al cultural moment are celebrating with full of joy ,and the heardest part of the job when u alone work for a long time with 100% occupancy ,and more coffe breaks functions .

It is a place to learn but not to stay for long time because salary package is not much attractive and management is not caring about staff, canteen food is also not good quality.
Free meals and just better staff acomodation.

Radisson blu has given me a platform to learn more about customer satisfaction and how you present your self in front of the guest. management team has been always supportive and ready to help including supervisor and HOD.

I enjoyed the people I work with , its a very friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going to work each morning.I have learned different skills which have enhance my knowledge and careers. I have received support from the management to develop my skills and progress ahead.

Hardest part of the job is adjusting time schedule and extending working hours. Most enjoyable part of the job is meeting a lot of different kinds of guests everyday. I consider my co-workers not co-workers but family. Management fair enough.
people were freindly ,understanding and helpful. eventhough there is not tight management their have some rules to follow for ex washing hand after 20mins there is bell which ring after 20 mins.we have catering and function and we don't have much staff so it will be hard for us that time we have to work more then 13 hrs.
