Guest want to check in earlier but i don't have room for him because the hotel is full and what he request that room was not ready on time . so i offer different room or taking free drinks that i can get his room ready.so no compliant same time the co- workers have time to ready the room.
A day starts with signing in attendence sheet then attending briefing.relieving the shift staff. Printing reports and assigning rooms for the arrival. Follow up with Housekeeping departments in getting cleaned rooms. During shift assist the guest in check in check out currency exchange , placing room orders , by giving information about the tourist places etc. A friendly well organised and professional management supports the team all the time which makes the daily work very smooth. all the workers are flexible and co operative.
even though its busy most of the time, still we had very comfortable working atmosphere. have learned different styles through their values and guest handling. always comfortable with co workers and how be to be different in giving high standard of service to the guests was the most enjoyable thing for me while on work so that they always remember us.
