Level of expection in Franchise Radisson is 0 no career growth program no development plan, i really want to get out from here and want to work in Managed Radisson, where the level expect meet with employee expectation.Where employee will not see them in the same position after working a long years ..I really appreciate to work in Managed Radisson but Francise property i will never work.

It is always a busy environment because it's one of the best choices for tourists, I learned about different people and their cultures, Management is well organized and sensitive to staff's needs. The hardest part of the job is not having space for your private life while the enjoyable part is when being recognized for all the hard work and commitment
Free meals and transportation
I worked in Radisson blu abudhabi Not very well manegment, many managers with nothing to do. Every resturents has managers but no staff enough. Seems like the manegment dosent know the org structure. Lack of knowledge supervisors and managers, In hospitality guest is always right and here boss is always right.
No well food ..no resturent in accomodation unlimited hours in some departments without pay
Park inn by Radisson Blu is beautiful hotel with great staffs and teamwork, the Location is great close to the Airport, Mall, Beach and theme Parks, the busy schedules of the weekends keep us on our toes and the end of the day satisfaction guarantee.

Working on the same position but in different country where the level and quality of the service is way too higher than you ever imagined, makes you think that you could be ambitious, once you realize that even this unimaginable life you can handle
That’s an interesting question. I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the clients’ needs and organizing the team schedules around the client’s priorities.

Being an employee of Radisson Blu i got a chance to learn more about hotels, guest satisfaction, team work and too many. Radisson blu has given me a platform to learn more about customer satisfaction and how you present your self in front of the guest. management team has been always supportive and ready to help including supervisor and HOD.
