Answered October 5, 2017The firm's standard interviewing technique is to use "competency based questioning" which requires examples of what and how something had been achieved as opposed to giving theoretical answers. Use the words "I did..." instead of " I would....."! Although the firm insists that interviewers are trained in this style, many Partners do not use this approach at all. Prepare for your interview so that you can give examples of what you have done in any case, because it not only demonstrates what you achieved but also how you went about it.
