Best Real Estate Agency but not good in managing and leading people

Indeed, PSI is the best real estate agency & no doubt company is stable & have the best agents too but with regards to the operations management they are not truly good at managing or leading their people and i’ll tell you on the below why is this happening as of this days. Its true that few of their staff stays but most of them worked for just a short period of time. You will know until you have experienced working with them.You probably think I am going to use this review as a forum to criticize and to bash the management and that may end up happening as I continue writing this, but understand that is not my intention. In fact, I am writing this in a more positive light in the form of lessons that I learned from the mistakes you made to your staff. Some of these aren’t even from bad bosses I had myself but for everyone, and bad bosses I have observed. Not all of you are bad people necessarily, some of you are, but most of you aren’t. You just aren’t good at managing or leading your people. My hope is that you consider changing your approach in some areas.Before I go any further, I won’t name names – that would be wrong and unfair on many levels. But, after reading this you will probably know who you are. There are a bunch more that I would like to mention briefly:Which are:Keep calm – as losing your cool will make you seem out of control.Let your staff take their vacation – when they want to take it, they have earned it!Admit when you are wrong – people will really respect you for it.Treat your staff like actual human beings – show that you are grateful and appreciative of their efforts.Be secure with yourself – don’t be threatened by the ambition and intelligence of your employees. Would you rather have low intelligence employees who are lazy?Let your staff make mistakes so they can grow – Talk to them in a good way not by raising your voice but make sure they learn from them.Never let your employees get stuck and spin their wheels – struggling to learn is ok and is a part of learning, but spinning your wheels is not.Don’t be moody! – Try to be the same person every day. The last thing you want is for your employees to be sure of how you will act or treat them.Don’t make outrageous demands – It’s good to challenge people a bit but make your objectives for them reasonable and achievable.Encourage personal development – by giving people time to learn and sharpen their saw during work hours, it will only make them and the team that much better.Encourage camaraderie and friendship amongst people on your team – they will work better together and be happier.I hope you seriously consider a strong introspection about the ripple effects of your actions and whether or not you're influencing the workplace in the ways that you intend. You all should already be wondering why people don’t stay longer in the company and in short it is not just about the work overload (employees can manage work overload) but as I have said at the top you just aren’t good at managing or leading.You could say we're no good and then fire us and replace us. But every one of us believes that in short span of time, any replacements you find will experience the same leadership style you've been showing for years, and they, too, will slide into mere survival mode.Always remember the saying “Employees don’t need a PERFECT BOSSES, MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS. They need a happy LEADERSHIP who is gonna make them EXCITED to work.”We all have problems (may it be personal or work related) & your employees are not just working to earn money but respect too same goes with you (whatever position you are in right now). Life is too short so bosses of PSI you should always be good, stay kind and show respect to each and everyone because we’ll never know until when we are alive and have breath to breathe.Please think about it, bosses. Is this the legacy you want to leave behind?

Not recommended at all it was so stressful and the worst experience ever, no employee appreciation, they are not professional at all, careless for people they just care about work.
