Fast paced environment

They don't give you enough training to do the job you are expected to do and once training is done they send you out to take calls and after training is done you get Quality Review meetings & scores on your calls. what you learn in training gets totally changed once you start taking calls & you feel very overwhelmed and completely un-trained. Pay is good but a lot of turn over - people leaving due to being mis lead as to the job description provided to you in the interview. You are expected to hit a certain quota for the length of your calls which is a ridiculously low amount of time that is impossible to attain. It's very difficult to get any time off for anything you need time off for & if you choose to take the time off anyway that isn't approved you get an occurrence and your only allowed a total of 4 occurrences & they don't fall off for 6 months from the date of when you call in.
