Overall a Great Environment

Typically a shift at Orient was exhausting, normally lasting 10-12 hours which were usually flexible regarding arrival. I was able to pick up a lot of management/people/technological skills through some of the staff and management there. The kitchen staff was excellent and food was great so it was easy to be proud of the company you were working for. I can honestly say this if I didn't have to leave for schooling I would still be working for this hospitality group, from the owners to the servers, the staff was phenomenal and they picked a hardworking nice group of students/locals to staff with upon opening.
