Ontime company is one of the fast growth company in dubai,it has many branches in dubai.the company is goverment services,all kinds of goverment services is in this company.i worked here almost 3 years.its so very happy and enjoy to work in this company because we are mixed nationalities and the team work and friendship is there.and also we have a monthly gathering,and annual party,we have yearly sportsfest.thats why its very happy..our workplace is big and too much counters.ive meet different friendly nationalities customers..its a great workplace and experienced ive had..

A typical day at work will be as follows we accept clients with all types of claims we type down the claim for the plaintiff and submit them through the Dubai court system (online) I follow up the cases and make any amendments if required and then register the cases and file them and send to Dubai court
I have gained a very good understanding of how to Dubai court system works and what are there requirements regarding each case
The hardest part about our job is the amount of pressure for we accept around 50 clients a day each with a different claim and different request and we as the employees are to update our clients with every new notification

very poor management and environment

In the few months i worked there i found there is no clear picture about what the company want to do and the management is very poor due to no body can give his opinion about how to develop the work process only the CEO has the right to give and if you disagree that is big mistake and will lead to loose your job.
