Productive and moreover a challenging work experience

I would say anywhere an individual works he or she has to be passionate about it otherwise no company will be good enough to work with. For me it was a most dignified experience and also there were times when I have learned from my mistakes with seniors and the most supportive boss. He gives you full support as he expects productive results. Which I believe every owner does .no one is running a charity show out here you give and take the best. This is all about it. I will rate this company to be the best place to learn and make yourself stronger in long run.

Productive and fun environment especially during the training

I really appreciate of being a part of Nstyle International as I learnt a lot and was given a good opportunity to grow my knowledge. They are very generous of giving other people an opportunity from being a Floor attendant to being a technician is a good opportunity for for them to change their life. They are supported with Trainers to learn everything and they are giving all the knowledge to the staff until they become stronger and ready to deal with clients.

Dont work with them

They don’t pay the salary the management is horrible they let you sign the contract then they don’t pay you !!!! Be carful of this company they are pan in uae many times no visa no money

Very bad stressful company

Not recommended at all they have lots of cons there You will regret working with them Never on time salary and very high target and each month higher Owners and top management dealing with team so bad as they talk rude to you they are not paying therapist overtime if they work extra and if you want to leave they will try to couse problems

its ok so far

company is good but I want to explore and share my thoughts, and knowledge with another field of work. and I learned a lot of things and this company especially when it comes to patience you must learn to understand the companies rules and regulations for you to stay longer. the work culture here I can say is very ok becauce my co-workers are nice and we support and help each other.

Dealing with staff vendors ans customer and tenant

It helps learning everyday life dealing with different person rank file and coatumer Dealing with complaints and solve the problem just lestening open ears after say sorry to the customer

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?

Worst company. Dont ever come and work here

You come to do nails but they call you animals becuase you can not sell products for them. You get very late salary. They keep your paper so they know how to make you do things that are not your specialty. Warning!!! Dont ever come and work here. You will regret deeply, everyday in your life will be a stresful day and you wonder how you can get our of here.

A very on the go nerve wrecking atmosphere

a day at work is very productive and includes overlooking all aspects of operations. management is very work oriented and does not give credits for a good job. There is no work and life balance at all. The most enjoyable is the mindset you have toward the job on any given day.

Typical workplace, lots of challenges and learning

My working experience with NStyle was truly a memorable one. There never was an ordinary day as every day was filled with surprises and unexpected events. It was hectic but a great venue for learning and growth.

Long hours

Target has to be achieved even if there are no customers. No support from top management. Typical day can be 12hrs with no receptionist. Respect and appreciation in any job is important.

Good team work environment.Sometimes under pressure. But still have fun.

My day started always with a staff briefing. Inform about targets. Analyse staff performance. Motivate weak staff. Train in their weak areas. Check store internally and externaly.Liasing with other departments for the day today duties. Check everything run smoothly. Staff attendance. Client service. Make sure client leaves the store happily. Cross check cash balance and sale.etc
